Carnevale Lasagna – long pasta noodles baked with mini homemade meatballs and a rich tomato sauce
Lasagna Roll-Ups – long curly pasta noodles rolled with broccoli, shallots, ricotta and pecorino Romano cheese and topped with heavy cream
Caesar Salad with Caesar Dressing – classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing, croutons and fresh parmesan
Florentine Cookies – zesty homemade orange flavored cookies with a rich chocolate coating

Crostini al Pesto, Mozzarella e Pomodori Secchi – “little toast” with homemade pesto, fresh mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes

Guest Chef Maria Sanchez - Fundamentals of professional baking and decorating from biscotti to wedding cake! In additional to cookie baking each child will decorate and take home their own unicorn cake!

Grandpa Tony’s Pane origanato – Italian bread sliced horizontally, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil and oregano and baked in the oven until crusty

Guacamole – a dip of fresh avocados, onion, jalapeno, lime juice and salt

Hi Sally, I just wanted to thank you for yesterday! Justin had an absolutely fabulous time and is still talking about it. We have already made 2 batches of the crostini's, ice cream sandwiches are in the freezer as we speak and ingredients have been purchased to make the sausage bread!! He really enjoyed himself and keeps sharing little tips that he learned from you. Thank you again and I look forward to the next class he can take with you!!
